The Trust Services are defined in Regulation (EU) No. 910/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of July 23, 2014 (eIDAS) and are those services related to the creation, verification and validation of electronic signatures, electronic seals or certificates for website authentication, among others.
A Qualified Trusted Service Provider (QTSP) is responsible for ensuring the Electronic Identification of signatories and services through the use of robust authentication mechanisms, Digital Certificates and Electronic Signatures. It does so in accordance with eIDAS .
A QTSP can provide one or more of the following Identity-related services:
